Process
Our team delivered a customized climate smart digital agriculture solution through stakeholder engagement, context and needs assessment, collaborative strategy development, co design of tools and workflows, implementation planning, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation. This approach ensured solutions were practical, inclusive, and able to improve over time as climate conditions, data availability, and user needs evolved.
Results
